Surfing Hurricane Isaac

Isaac reached hurricane strength the morning of August 28, 2012. The storm made landfall at 6:45 p.m. central time that evening, near the mouth of the Mississippi River. Before the winds got on it too bad, surfers rode the hurricane swell in Panama City Beach, Florida.
